Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds, until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
