Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen blueberries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
