Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp almond extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Add a sprinkle of crushed vanilla or plain muffin crumbs on top for extra texture and authentic muffin flavor. Almond extract enhances the muffin note but can be omitted or substituted with extra vanilla if preferred.
