Instructions

  1. Add the milk and pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and chia seeds.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen blueberries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
