Instructions

  1. Stir the dulce de leche and banana puree together until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla and salt to stiff peaks, then fold it into the banana mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon the filling into a piping bag fitted with a long filling tip. Poke a small hole in the side of each cooled doughnut and pipe in about 2 tablespoons, until the doughnut feels heavy.
