Uganda Vanilla Beans, Grade A, 4oz bag

A quarter pound of the bean belt's boldest origin.
Roughly 25–30 Grade A Ugandan beans — plump, glossy, and loaded with the dark, chocolatey intensity this origin is famous for. Ugandan vanilla runs naturally high in vanillin, so its cocoa, molasses, and smoky-sweet notes punch through rich batters, chocolate, coffee, and spice in a way lighter origins can't.
Why Grade A: gourmet-standard moisture and suppleness for clean splitting and generous scraping, graded bean by bean.
Perfect for: chocolate and mocha desserts, spiced holiday baking, ice cream with attitude, vanilla sugar with depth, and savory applications — glazes, rubs, and sauces.
The 4 oz bag is the working size for bakers ready to make bold vanilla a signature.
Spicy Dark cocoa. Deep earth. Pure Uganda.
