Instructions
- Brew rooibos tea and cool to room temperature.
- Add the cooled rooibos tea, milk, banana, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt to a high-speed blender.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk or rooibos tea if too thick, or add a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.

- Use ripe banana for natural sweetness and creaminess. To make it dairy-free, substitute milk with almond or oat milk.
