Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, and fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the ice cubes on top.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
- Check consistency and adjust by blending in 1–2 tablespoons more milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes if too thin.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
