Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana and chopped kale.
  3. Add the honey, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the ice cubes.
  5. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  6. Check consistency and adjust by blending in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
