Instructions

  1. Beat the mascarpone on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the pistachio paste, confectioners' sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, and salt and beat until evenly blended.
  3. Beat until fluffy and scoopable, about 1 minute.
  4. Spoon into a serving bowl.
