- Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp (30 ml) whipped cream.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
