Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk and 2 cups chocolate ice cream to a blender.
  2. Add 1/3 cup brownie pieces, 1/4 cup mini marshmallows, 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and 1 tablespoon brownie crumbs.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Use mini marshmallows for easy blending and authentic s'mores flavor. For a thicker shake, freeze the marshmallows briefly before blending.
