  1. Add whole milk, softened cream cheese, and pure vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and ground cinnamon.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
