Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, milk, and salt and beat until evenly blended.
  3. Beat until fluffy and scoopable, about 1 minute, adding more liquid 1 teaspoon at a time if needed.
