Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, unsweetened cocoa powder, fine sea salt, and pure vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until the smoothie is completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons of additional coconut milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana slices if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
