Instructions

  1. Add the milk and pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen pitted cherries and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen cherries and blend again.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
