Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, rolled oats, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. Add 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen banana slices if too thin. Blend again as needed.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
