Instructions

  1. Add the unsweetened coconut milk beverage to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana and plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes, a small pinch of fine sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional coconut milk; if too thin, add a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit and blend again.
