Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the orange segments and baby spinach.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen orange segments if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
