Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 1/2 tbsp caramel sauce and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
- Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass.
- Top with 2 tbsp whipped cream, 1 tsp caramel drizzle, and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top for crunch.
- Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.
Tips
- Use salted roasted peanuts for a balanced sweet and salty flavor. For a thicker shake, freeze the peanuts beforehand to maintain crunch when topping.
