Instructions
- Pour chilled cold brew coffee into a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pinch of fine sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
- Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons of additional liquid if too thick, or add extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
