Instructions
- Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
- Add the frozen banana, rolled oats, crushed cookies, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, blend in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or frozen banana pieces and blend again.
- Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
