Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana and chia seeds.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and add 1–2 tablespoons of additional milk if too thick, or a few more ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
