Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the ice cubes and fine sea salt.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then add the vanilla extract, increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
