Instructions
- Combine white chocolate chips, granulated sugar, and 2 fl oz (60 ml) of whole milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate has melted.
- Add the remaining 8 fl oz (240 ml) of whole milk and continue heating until the mixture is steaming but not boiling.
- Pour into a mug and serve immediately.
Tips
