Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 1 1/2 tbsp white chocolate sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp salted caramel sauce, and 1/8 tsp fine sea salt.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp caramel drizzle.
  7. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Use high-quality white chocolate sauce for authentic flavor. Adding a small measured amount of fine sea salt enhances the salted caramel taste without overpowering.
