Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate gently in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and the melted white chocolate.
