Instructions
- Brew Thai tea leaves in hot water at 200°F (93°C) for 3-5 minutes, then strain out the leaves.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and sugar into the brewed tea until dissolved.
- Steam whole milk to 140–150°F (60–66°C) with fine microfoam.
- Pour steamed milk over the brewed Thai tea mixture and serve hot.
Tips
- Use loose Thai tea leaves for an authentic flavor; if unavailable, strong black tea with star anise and orange blossom water can substitute.
