Instructions

  1. Add the plain kefir to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and adjust by blending in 1–2 tablespoons additional kefir if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen raspberries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
