Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen pineapple and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  4. Check consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time; if too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
  5. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tbsp graham cracker or pie-crust crumbs.
  6. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Use frozen pineapple chunks for a thick, cold texture without diluting the flavor. Graham cracker crumbs add a nice cobbler-like crunch on top.
