  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml)pure vanilla extract
  • 1.0 cup (140.0 g)frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup (120.0 g)ice cubes
  • small pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries and a small pinch of fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen blueberries if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
