Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the pumpkin purée, chia seeds, a pinch of fine sea salt, and the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few more ice cubes if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
