Instructions
- Add the milk and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract to a high-speed blender first.
- Add the frozen banana, rolled oats, chia seeds, and pinch of fine sea salt.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
