Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, honey or maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
