Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, then add 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup mixed fresh berries.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and thick. Avoid overblending to keep texture.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
