- Fill the bottom chamber of the moka pot with 6 fl oz (180 ml) of filtered water up to the safety valve.
- Add 18 g of fine-ground coffee to the filter basket without pressing it down.
- Assemble the moka pot and place it on medium heat on the stove.
- Allow the water to boil and pass through the coffee grounds, filling the upper chamber with brewed coffee.
