Instructions

  1. Add the kefir to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks.
  3. Add the ice cubes, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds to combine ingredients, then increase to high speed and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional kefir if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen mango chunks if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
