Instructions
- Pull two shots (about 36 g) of espresso from the finely ground espresso and set aside.
- Combine the 4 fl oz chai concentrate with the espresso shots.
- Steam the 6 fl oz whole milk to about 160°F (71°C).
- Pour the steamed milk into the chai and espresso mixture, stirring gently.
