Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, cottage cheese, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
