Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, 2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, just until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  3. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
