Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon white chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. Add 1/2 cup whole milk, melted white chocolate, and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup frozen raspberries and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
  5. Check consistency. Add 1 tablespoon milk at a time if too thick, or 1/4 cup additional ice cream if too thin.
  6. Pour into a chilled 16-ounce glass and top with 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tsp white chocolate shavings.
  7. Serve immediately with a wide straw and long spoon.

Tips

  • Melt the white chocolate slowly to prevent burning and preserve flavor. You can substitute frozen raspberries with fresh ones if preferred; just add a few ice cubes to maintain thickness.
