  • ½ cup (120.0 ml)ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, fresh spinach, protein powder, pure vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds, until completely smooth.
  5. Check consistency. Blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes/frozen spinach if too thin.
  6. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and serve immediately.
