Instructions
- Add 1/2 cup whole milk to a blender, followed by 2 cups vanilla ice cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons chai concentrate, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20–30 seconds, until the mixture is thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
- Check consistency. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk at a time. If too thin, add 1/4 cup additional ice cream.
