Instructions
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl and whisk with hot water at 175°F (79°C) until smooth and foamy.
- Pull a 36 g espresso shot from 18 g finely ground espresso beans using your espresso machine.
- Steam whole milk to around 150-160°F (65-71°C).
- Pour the steamed milk into a cup, add the matcha mixture, then gently add the pulled espresso on top, or stir to combine as desired.
