Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk beverage and 2 cups vanilla ice cream to a blender.
  2. Add 2 tbsp cream cheese and 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then on medium-high for 20 to 30 seconds until thick and smooth. Avoid overblending.
