  • 1.0 tbsp (15.0 ml)honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup (120.0 g)ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the milk to a high-speed blender first.
  2. Add the frozen banana, cashew butter, honey or maple syrup, fine sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes on top.
  4. Blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 35–50 seconds until completely smooth.
  5. Check the consistency and blend in 1–2 tablespoons additional milk if too thick, or a few extra ice cubes or frozen fruit if too thin.
